Guitar Visualizer ("the App") is developed and operated by Juan Negron ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require account creation, login, or any personal information to use the App. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

We collect the following anonymous, non-personal data to improve the App:

• Usage Analytics: We use Mixpanel, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymous data about how features are used within the App. This includes which screens are viewed, which features are accessed (e.g., scales, chords, display modes), session duration, and general app interaction patterns.
• Device Information: We collect basic device information such as operating system version, app version, and device platform (iOS). This data is not linked to your identity.

We assign a random, anonymous identifier to each device for analytics purposes. This identifier cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect photos, contacts, or any data from your device
• We do not collect payment or financial information (all subscription payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store)
• We do not use cookies or web tracking technologies

3. How We Use Information

The anonymous analytics data we collect is used solely to:

• Understand which features are most popular and useful
• Identify and fix bugs or performance issues
• Improve the App experience for all users
• Make informed decisions about future feature development

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Subscription and payment data is handled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 12 months and is then automatically deleted. Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to retain.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect personal information from any user, the App is safe for users of all ages.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. If you wish to opt out of anonymous analytics collection, you may uninstall the App.

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Mixpanel - Anonymous usage analytics
• RevenueCat - Subscription management (processes subscription status, not payment details)

We take reasonable measures to protect the anonymous data we collect. All data transmission uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
