These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Guitar Visualizer ("the App"), developed and operated by Juan Negron ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Guitar Visualizer is a guitar learning and fretboard visualization tool. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to explore scales, chords, voicings, modes, and other guitar theory concepts.

Guitar Visualizer offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks all features of the App.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
Certain features of the App may be available without a subscription. We reserve the right to change which features are available for free at any time.
All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials in the App are owned by Juan Negron and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Music theory content is provided for educational purposes and should not be considered professional music instruction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Juan Negron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
